Filing of applications for August 2022 Mechanichal Engineer board exam extended

Those who are aiming to take the August 2022 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Exam (MELE) may still file their applications as its deadline was moved from July to August.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) confirmed this in an advisory issued on Monday, July 18, notifying the public that they are extending the deadline of applications for the said exam.

The initial deadline of applications was set on July 13, but it was extended until Aug. 3, 2022.

“For queries and concerns please email licensure division or concerned regional offices,” said PRC. Meanwhile, updates for the upcoming MELE may be viewed at the commission’s official digital services.

Meanwhile, based on PRC’s calendar of events, the MELE will be conducted on Aug. 13 and 14, 2022. The examination will then be given in the following areas across the country: Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
