On July 17, MLD Entertainment said, “From the evening of July 16, Chanty, a member of Lapillus, has been suffering from high fever and went to the hospital for treatment.”

“Based on the diagnosis that absolute rest and stability are necessary, Chanty plans to focus on recovering her health,” the agency said.

It added, “Therefore, we would like to inform you that Chanty and Lapillus will not attend SBS ‘Inkigayo’ scheduled for today (17th).”

“In addition, whether or not to participate in future schedules will be decided according to Chanty’s recovery status. Therefore, the signing event today (17th) will be held with five members excluding Chanty,” MLD Entertainment said.

“We apologize for causing concern to the fans, and we will do our best to keep all Lapillus members healthy,” it said.
