First residential condominium to rise soon in Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY - Zamboanga mayor John Dalipe has expressed his support to the construction of the mid-rise condominium which he said is part of the continuing growth in Zamboanga City.

Zamboanga City and Filinvest Land officials toast the launch of Futura Vinta, the first-ever condominium project in Zamboanga City.

During last Friday’s grand launch event, ‘Love Local,’ Dalipe welcomed Futura Vinta, a mid-rise condominium project which will be developed along Vitaliano Agan Avenue, one of the city’s major thoroughfares.

“We are proud to say that the first condo development in the Zamboanga Peninsula will be here in the heart of Zamboanga City. Futura Vinta is now part of our region’s history,” said Dalipe.

Filinvest Land President Tristan Las Marias said he hopes to support the region’s continued economic growth through their company’s investment in Zamboanga.

The company is said to be investing P1.3-billion to complete the project.

Futura Vinta is described as one of Filinvest Land’s landmark projects in Mindanao. The company has two other major subdivision projects in Zamboanga City.

The project is composed of two mid-rise condominium buildings with amenities and open spaces.

“Futura Vinta is a testament to Filinvest Land’s vision of building more Filipino dreams across the archipelago,” added Las Marias.
