BRIA Homes wins 'Asia's Most Affordable Housing Developer Award'

Leading real estate developer BRIA Homes was recognized as “Asia’s Most Affordable Housing Developer of the Year” at Asia’s Golden Icon Awards 2022.

“The prestigious award validates BRIA Homes’ consistent performance as an industry leader and acknowledges it for raising the bar in the affordable housing sector,” said Eduardo Aguilar, BRIA Homes division head.

Aguilar said that by building superior quality and affordable homes in its fifty-plus housing projects across the country, BRIA Homes initially helped address the country’s mass housing backlog, which in 2016 stood at 6.9 million units. Through the years and especially during the pandemic, however, BRIA saw the need to provide healthy, sustainable, and safe housing for the average Filipino as well.

BRIA Homes was recognized for its unrelenting efforts to build comfortable and well-designed housing units in multiple developments that are in close proximity to key economic centers. Every residential community comes with a host of high-quality amenities such as multipurpose halls, covered basketball courts, and playgrounds for young children.

In bestowing the award to Bria Homes, Aguilar said, the award-giving body hopes to create a strong drive towards economic and social growth, cooperation, and development of communities all across Asia.

BRIA has also diversified its portfolio of properties by offering condominium units in their vertical developments. These are designed for young professionals or small families just looking to get their start in life. Asia’s Golden Icon Awards 2022 was held on June 28, 2022 at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila. In attendance to accept the award on behalf of BRIA Homes were Eduardo Aguilar, BRIA Homes Division Head; Precious Angeli Mesana, BRIA Condo Luzon Cluster Head; and Ayza Querejero, BRIA Homes Head of Marketing.
