According to a report by PCSO, the mission benefited a total of 130 patients; 23 adult males, 62 female adults, 26 pediatric male patients, and 19 female pediatric patients.

“PCSO officially resumes its medical mission program for 2022. So we are now back. Although the pandemic has slowed us down, we at PCSO, never wavered in pushing forward with our vast charitable programs," said PCSO Satellite Division Chief Rouel C. Aparato during the event.

This mission, said PCSO, was made possible through the public’s support and patronization of its gaming products such as the Lotto, STL, and Sweepstakes.

OLPHS Principal Flora J. Mendoza expressed her gratitude and mentioned that the PCSO also helped them after the typhoon Ondoy devastated their community in November 2020.

The mission was led by Aparato together with Dr. Marijoan G. Ambion, Dental Hygienist Marilou V. Montallana, Pharmacist IV Ellen Shermaine Lomibao, Nurse IV Margaret A. Mejia, Nurse III Ruby E. Octava, Nurse II Joanne S. Alonzo, and Paramedic Lamberto Magat.

Other PCSO charitable programs are the Medical Equipment Program, Medical Transport Vehicle Program, Institutional Partnership Program, and Medicines Donation Program.

PCSO asked the public for their continuous support to be able to provide more medical services to those in need.

The PAF, Rizal Medical Center, Pasay-Parañaque Medical Society, Pasig City Medical Society, Office of Hon. Roman Romulo, Barangay Santolan, Parent-Teacher Council, and Nothing But Water also cooperated in the event. (Luisa Cabato)
