MB Daily News Update: Biden invites PBBM to visit US

United States President Joe Biden has extended an invitation to President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. for him and his family to “come to Washington”, according to Philippine envoy to the US Ambassador Jose Manuel Romualdez.

With the rising number of Covid-19 infections, experts in the health and business sector have asked the government to expand the administration of second booster shots to those aged 50 to 59 years old.

A Chinese national was nabbed in an illegal drugs buy-bust operation in Quezon City that yielded P272 million in shabu.

BIG-TIME DRUG BUST – A narcotics agent does an inventory of the bags of shabu, valued at P272 million, which were seized in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Quezon City Police Department (QCPD) in Barangay Lourdes, Quezon City, on Sunday morning, July 3, 2022.
