The poll watchdog group issued the call in time for the resumption of the voter registration on July 4.

"Make sure that you are registered in time for the Dec. 5 BSKE," Namfrel said in a Facebook post Friday, July 1.

"Sign-up starts Monday, July 4, and will run for less than three weeks!" the group added.

Namfrel asked those planning to register to find out this early where their local Commission on Elections (Comelec) is.

Qualified to register as SK voters are those at least 15 but not more than 30 years of age and residing in the barangay for at least six months on or before the BSKE on Dec. 5, 2022.
