Nine drug suspects nabbed inside 24-hour anti-drug operations in three CL provinces


CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Central Luzon cops arrested at least nine suspected drug peddlers in separate operations inside a 24-hour period in three provinces.

The anti-illegal drug operations were conducted in Pampanga, Bulacan and Zambales on Sunday, June 26.

Operatives of Mabalacat City Police nabbed Reynante Pineda lias ‘Rey,’ 52, and listed as high value target (HVT), and Ana Marie Bitug, 38, in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Mabiga in Mabalacat City.

Seized from the two suspects were seven pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 56 grams of ‘shabu’ that has an estimated value of P380,000.

Meanwhile, four alleged drug traders, namely Gil Ciego, 33; Rania Julartbar, 23; Ian Ramos, 28; and Justine Mercado, 21, were arrested by elements of Norzagaray Police during a buy-bust operation at Brgy. Bigte, Norzagaray Bulacan.

The raiders seized 11 pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 7.03 grams valued at P49,640.

In Zambales, joint elements of Subic Police and PDEA Zambales arrested three drug personalities in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Matain, Subic.

PDEA identified the suspects as Abbygail Cleofe, 37, of Purok 3, Matain, the drug den maintainer; Ace Narez, 30, of Calapacuan, Subic; and Michael Tolentino, 34, of Purok 1, Barangay Calapandayan, Subic.

Recovered from them were five heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 13 grams of suspected shabu valued at P89,700, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked money used by the undercover PDEA agent.
