PCCR honors alumni who won seats in May polls, SEA games medalists

The Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) awarded its alumni who emerged victorious in the recent May elections during the "Gabi ng Parangal Para Sa Batang 641" event at the Manila Hotel on Saturday, June 18.

Among the honored guests were senator-elect Robin Padilla, Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane, Jr., Gov. Jose Riano, and Manila Vice Mayor Yul Nieto Servo.
“I am very very overwhelmed. It’s our first major gathering after the pandemic. Nakakahumble siya na a lot of very notable and high rankings, successful alumni have made their time to come tonight. We are doing this to give recognition to them,” PCCR President Ma. Angelica Lei G. Bautista told the Manila Bulletin.
She added that it was the first time the PCCR held "Gabi ng Parangal para Batang 641" to recognize its notable alumni.
Sangguniang Bayan members Rep. Felipe Abigam, Rep. Joel Landicho, and Rep. Alvin Truita were also honored in the event.
The PCCR also recognized three Southeast Asian Gammes (SEAG medalist-alumni namely, Estie Gay Liwananen, Alvin Campos, and James El Mayagma.
“I just want to congratulate not just the 10 distinguished people here but all of you because you have brought pride and glory to PCCR. Kayo ang nagtataas ng bandera ng PCCR. I want to thank you all for being the pride of Batang 641”, Bautista said in her speech.
