'True Beauty' star Hwang In-youp arrives in Manila for fan meeting

Korean actor Hwang In-youp (aka Hwang In-yeop) arrived in Manila on June 18 for his fan meeting.

The star of the Korean dramas “Why Her,” “The Sound of Magic” and “True Beauty” arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport past 11 p.m.

The Hwang In-youp BYS Fun Meet in Manila will happen on June 19 at the New Frontier Theater (BYS)

Hwang In-Youp’s BYS Fun Meet in Manila will be held on June 19 at the New Frontier Theater.

Last September, BYS Philippines signed up Hwang In-youp as its endorser and headlined the #UncoverTrueBeauty campaign that coincided with the launch of the Skin by BYS Minis.

Hwang In-youp spent many years in the Philippines, studying high school at the Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai International School and college at Philippine Women's College of Davao, both located in Davao City.

The 31-year-old star pursued modeling before making his acting debut with the lead role in the web drama “W.H.Y.”

His other acting projects include the dramas “Freshman” (2019), “The Tale of Nokdu” (2019) and “18 Again” (2020).
