MB Daily News Update: Marcos Jr. to be inaugurated as PH's 17th President at National Museum

The storied façade of the National Museum of the Philippines on P. Burgos St. in Manila will be the backdrop of President-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s inauguration as the country’s 17^th President on June 30, 2022. It is the same building that housed the Senate of old where his father, the late President Ferdinand Marcos, served as fifth Senate President from April 1963 to December 1965.

Meanwhile, Vice President Leni Robredo is preparing for a life as head of the non-government organization (NGO) Angat Buhay.
