UP opens online helpdesk for college admissions 2022 inquiries

The University of the Philippines (UP) Office of Admissions opened its online helpdesk to assist students in accessing the UP College Admissions (UPCA) 2022 results.

The online helpdesk Messenger room is available every Monday to Friday starting May 31, until June 15, from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.

Students can send their concerns about the admission results by joining the Messenger room helpdesk below. Access is subject to approval depending on the number of participants.

UP released the UPCA results for the academic year (AY) 2022-2023 on Tuesday, May 31 after evaluating more than 100,000 applicants.

Applicants who wish to see the result may refer to the given schedule below. The timeslot corresponds to the first letter of their surname.

8:00 a.m. to 10:59 p.m. â€“ A to F

11:00 a.m. to 1:59 p.m. â€“ G to M

2:00 p.m. to 4:59 p.m. â€“ N to S

5:00 p.m. to 7:59 p.m. â€“ A to Z

8:00 p.m. onwards (free for all)
