6 barangays in QC, Rizal to experience water interruption

Customers of Manila Water Company, Inc. in six barangays in Quezon City and Cainta, Rizal will experience water interruption due to service improvement works on Monday, May 30, until Thursday, June 2.

An interconnection activity will be conducted at the corner of A. Rodriguez Street in Cainta Rizal on May 30 at around 10 p.m. until May 31, around 4 a.m. It will affect portions of barangays San Andres and San Roque.

Line maintenance works will also be held in parts of Quezon City starting Monday until Thursday.

Manila Water personnel will conduct the activity at the corner of 9th Street and Gilmore from May 30, at 10 p.m. to May 31, at 4 a.m. affecting parts of Barangay Mariana.

The service improvement works will also be done from May 31, 10 p.m to June 1, at around 4 a.m. in Daang Tubo, Looban in Barangay UP Campus and at the corner of Road 1 and Visayas Avenue, Brgy. Project 6 on June 1, at 10 pm to June 2, at 4 a.m.

Water interruptions will be experienced in parts of the said barangays.

The line maintenance works will be conducted at Miriam College, in Barangay Loyola Heights at around 10 p.m. on June 1 until 4 a.m. on June 2.

Residents of the said areas were advised to store enough water before the scheduled maintenance activities to supply their needs.
