'The Magic Isle': H&M's new summer capsule is dreamy and vacation-ready

The summer sun may soon be gone but don’t let that dampen your vacation mood. This season, H&M is launching a new collection that features effervescent beachwear that is versatile enough to be worn on the beach, the pool, or even on the streets.

Their summer 2022 collection highlights bold prints and all-over patterns in resort shirts, relaxed shorts, and in on-trend terry fabric. The exotic tropical prints are complemented by a rich color palette of leaf green to soft sunset yellow and orange and contrasting colors of off-white and black.

In Manila, “The Magic Isle” was recently launched through an intimate gathering where the Swedish brand invited equally vibrant personalities who wore the pieces from the collection. Present in the event were Tony Labrusca, Jak Roberto, Lharby Policarpio, DJ Loonyo, Kenneth San Jose, Rambo Nuñez, Tj Monterde, and Francis Tolentino, who all matched the relaxed yet vibrant vibe of the event.

Aside from the resort-ready apparel, “The Magic Isle” also featured accessories like sunnies, bucket hats, sandals, and terry slides and caps. See images of the event below:
