PRC Rosales, Pangasinan to conduct mobile services on May 19, 27

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Rosales and Pangasinan branches announced that they will be conducting mobile services on May 19 and May 27, 2022.

In an advisory, PRC said that mobile services that they will be conducting on May 19 include renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC), duplication of PIC, petition for change of status, correction of name and date of birth, certification and authentication of board rating and passing, certificate of registration, as well as certificate of good standing and PIC.

This will be located at COA Regional Offices No. I – Government Center, City of San Fernando in La Union. Operations will run until 5 p.m., said PRC.

Meanwhile, mobile services will once again be provided on May 27. This will be conducted at La Union Medical Center (LUMC), Agoo, La Union. Services that will be offered include the following: application for licensure examination, initial registration, renewal and duplication of PIC, petition for change of status, correction of name and date of birth, certification and authentication of PRC documents, as well as stateboard verification.

The Commission reminded all interested applicants to register at PRC’s online services to secure an appointment schedule before proceeding to the mobile services, otherwise they will not be accommodated.
