Kapuso star Bea Alonzo has finally revealed the real reason why she went to Madrid, Spain in March.

"Recently nagpunta ako sa Madrid and a lot of you have speculated that it was for work but it's actually not for work, it's very personal," Bea said in her recent vlog.

Bea said she actually bought a house.

As she marked her 100th episode on her YouTube Channel, Bea said she wanted to celebrate her latest milestone by sharing her four-day apartment hunting.

In the video, Bea was able to visit six places in Spain.

Bea was finally able to buy a property in Chamberí in Madrid.

She said that her latest property met all her criteria.

Despite the "barrio vibe," her apartment is near the shopping centers and restaurants, she said.

There are also so many amenities in the building. "This is a good neighborhood."

Bea said that she went beyond her budget when she acquired the property. But still, she decided to buy it because of popular architect Tristan Domecq who designed the unit.

"So apparently, he's this famous architect and interior designer in Spain and he was the one who designed houses for the owner of Zara," she said.

Bea said she fell in love with the place the first time she saw it.

In the entrance area, visitors could already see the courtyard, a common area for residents in Madrid.

"Alam kong di sub-standard material yung ginamit. And I like the design of it all. I actually found the charm in it," she added.
