P136,000 worth of ‘shabu’ seized from arrested pusher in Bacolod


BACOLOD CITY -- Policemen arrested an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation at Henrietta Village, Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Thursday.

Mark Lester Andag, 42, of Barangay 6 Zone 5, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, allegedly yielded about 20 grams of alleged shabu worth P136,000, the P500 marked money, and P3,000 boodle money.

Maj. Joery Puerto, head of Police Station 8, said that Andag is considered a street level individual in Victorias City.

Puerto said that Andag’s arrest came after the apprehension of his alleged source here last month.

Puerto said that Andag would reportedly receive a call or instruction from his alleged contact in Muntinlupa City, where to get the supply of illegal drugs here.

The suspect, who has yet to be reached for comment, will be charged for sale and illegal possession of dangerous drugs.
