Reelectionist Laguna Gov. Hernandez proclaimed


SANTA CRUZ, Laguna – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) proclaimed reelectionist Ramil L. Hernandez as governor of Laguna on Wednesday, May 11.

Hernandez, who garnered 872,378 votes, will be serving his third term as the province's chief executive.

The governor defeated former broadcast journalist and incumbent Laguna 3rd District Rep. Sol Aragones who got 630,232 votes and Berlene Alberto who got 11,936.

Aragones conceded through a Facebook post on May 11, congratulating Hernandez and thanking Lagunenses who supported her through her run.
