Thus, said lawyer Vic Rodriguez, presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.'s spokesperson, following reports of "illegal activities" involving his social media.

Rodriguez claims that his public Facebook page was and continues to be used to facilitate illegal activities.
“Ang aking Facebook account ay patuloy na nagagamit sa mga iligal na gawain tulad ng hindi awtorisadong paglikom ng pera ng ilang indibidwal (My Facebook account is being used for illegal activities like unauthorized collection of funds by certain individuals),” he said in a statement on Wednesday, May 11.
He clarified that his Facebook page’s sole purpose is to disseminate information and release statements in his capacity as the spokesman and chief-of-staff of presidential frontrunner Marcos.
Marcos, son to late strongman President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., is leading the 2022 Palace race by a margin of 16 million votes as per unofficial and partial election results.
