Mamba) sa mga kapwa halal na opisyal lalo at halos status quo ulit ang komposisyon ng SP (Sangguniang Panlalawigan) at Vice Governor na to heed the call of the Cagayanos,” said Rogie Sending in a message also sent to Manila Bulletin. “Na kaya sila na iboto ulit para bigyan muli ng chance to go beyond self-interest.”

“To mend broken ties for the big dream of re-connecting Cagayan to international trade by re-opening the Port of Aparri and establishing the proposed international airport,” said Sending, quoting Gov. Mamba.

“He (Gov. Mamba) also thanked the Cagayanos na naniwala at tumindig sa kanyang Krusada Kontra Korapsyon lalo na vs vote-buying na matindi at napakatalamak pa rin,” the statement added.
