The "serbisyo, hindi negosyo" (service not business) tandem of incumbent Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and his vice gubernatorial candidate Alexis Castro of the National Unity Party (NUP) is now leading in the partial and unofficial results in the province of Bulacan.

This was confirmed after the Comelec released on Tuesday morning, May 10, the partial and unofficial results representing 97.22 percent of Bulacan's election returns.
For the gubernatorial race, Daniel R. Fernando is leading with 961,589 votes against Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado of PDPLBN with 567,845 votes.
For vice-governor, leading is Alexis Castro also from the NUP with 737,235 votes against Jonjon Mendoza (PDPLBN) with 605,336 votes.
For the congressional race in the 1st District of Bulacan, the leading candidate is Danilo Domingo also of (NUP) with 141,804 votes against 86,725 votes of Jose Antonio R. Sy-Alvarado.
