Starting next Monday, May 2, all flights departing and arriving at Clark will be at the new terminal building, the Clark International Airport (CRK) announced Wednesday, April 27.
The CRK New Terminal is capable of handling 8 million passengers annually and allows airport users to move with ease.
Passengers of Jetstar 3K 779 / 780; Qatar Airways QR 930 / 931; Scoot TR 386 / 387; Emirates EK 338; Cebu Pacific Air 5J 606 / 607; and Philippine Airlines PR 2833 / 2834 must proceed to the new terminal on May 2, 2022, according to the CRK advisory.
Similarly, all flights scheduled from May 3 onwards will go through the new terminal.
“We put a lot of effort to make our passengers’ journey as seamless as possible through the terminal and getting to and from our airport,” remarked Bi Yong Chungunco, CEO of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD), the operator and manager of CRK.
The new terminal occupies a 110,000 square-meter area and will host 18 aerobridges when completed.
It features state-of-the-art facilities that situate itself as a premier Asian gateway for tourism and business alike.
CRK also features a touchless passenger check-in experience. Self-service, self check-in kiosks and self-bag-drop systems are in place for passenger safety and autonomy.
To get to the CRK new terminal from NLEX-SCTEX, passengers can take the SCTEX Clark North Exit into Clark Freeport Zone.
A few meters away will be the first rotunda, where they can take the third exit and straight onto CRK Airport Road.
Those who are already inside the Clark Freeport Zone, can take Gil Puyat Avenue towards Mabalacat Gate.
There, they will reach a roundabout where they can take the first exit towards CRK Airport Road leading straight to the new terminal.
Directions to Clark International Airport New Terminal can also be easily found on mobile apps such as Google Maps and Waze.
Point 2 Point (P2P) bus services from Trinoma and Paranaque City, taxi services from within Pampanga and other car rental services are also available.
