A new way to pay: Lalamove, PayMaya tie up for new top-up option

Leading on-demand delivery platform Lalamove has partnered with PayMaya to introduce a new option for users to top-up their Lalamove wallets via the mobile app.

Lalamove users are now given three options to top-up their Lalamove wallet for their delivery
transactions, with PayMaya’s availability on the mobile delivery app.
“We continue our goal of promoting safe deliveries through limited contact and cashless
deliveries and saw an opportunity to partner with one of the leading digital wallet providers in the
country, PayMaya. This will give Filipinos more convenient options to top-up their Lalamove
wallet and maximize Lalamove’s fast, reliable, and affordable services,” remarked Dannah
Majarocon, Managing Director of Lalamove Philippines.
Making fast, secure, and hassle-free payments for personal and business use has always been
the tagline of PayMaya, which ensures that their transactions coursed through the digital
payments platform are safe.

This partnership further ensures that both brands are on the right track toward making digital
payments more accessible to Filipinos, which has been one of the biggest challenges for
Filipinos given how abrupt the transition to cashless payments was due to the pandemic. But
through this partnership, Majarocon adds that this marks Lalamove’s and PayMaya’s intent to
continuously offer convenience in the new norm.
To top-up their Lalamove wallet, users only need to go to their Lalamove wallet on the mobile
app, click the “Top-up” button, and choose “PayMaya wallet” where they will then be redirected
to the PayMaya page.
