Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso officially opened the Binondominium 1 in Binondo, Manila on Sunday, April 17.

Domagoso was joined in the event by incumbent Manila Vice Mayor Ma. Sheilah “Honey” Lacuna-Pangan, and actor-turned-politician Rep. John Marvin “Yul Servo” Nieto, who are currently running for mayor and vice mayor in Manila, respectively, and Aksyon Demokratiko senatorial bet Samira Gutoc.
Domagoso asked the new residents to take care of their new homes.
"Alagaan niyo ha. Alagaan niyo, promise? Para patuloy namang pakinabangan ng inyong salinlahi (Take care of it, promise? It will benefit your children)," he said.
Meanwhile, Lacuna congratulated the new residents and told them that the city government of Manila will continuously support Manileños.
"Congratulations po sa inyong mapapalad na maninirahan dito sa Binondominium 1 (Congratulations to the fortunate residents of Binondominium 1)," Lacuna said.
"Tuloy tuloy na serbisyo, walang humpay na benepisyo direkta sa tao (Continuous service and benefits directed to the people)," she added.
The Binondominium 1 is a 15-story building with a total of 126 units. Each unit will have an area of 40 square meters and have two bedrooms.
A budget of P401,250,000 was allocated for the project.
The other housing projects of the city government were Basecommunity and Tondominium 1 & 2.
If elected president, Domagoso vowed to address the problems of poverty, hunger, unemployment, inequality, and social injustice in the country should he get elected as president. These are the main pillars of his 10-Point Bilis Kilos Economic Agenda.
