Joaquin Domagoso echoes dad's call, uses hashtag #WithdrawLeni

Presidential candidate and Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso's son Joaquin also called on Vice President Leni Robredo to withdraw using the hashtag #WithdrawLeni.

In an Instagram post, Joaquin shared a photo of him at his father's campaign rally with hashtags #WithdrawLeni, #UniteForIsko, and #SwitchToIsko.

The post was made after the joint press conference of several presidential candidates on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022, at the Manila Peninsula.

The elder Domagoso called on Robredo to "make the supreme sacrifice" and "withdraw" from the presidential race at the press conference which was also attended by other presidential candidates Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson and former defense secretary Norberto Gonzlaes.

“Kung meron mang supreme sacrifice, ‘yung number two should initiate the supreme sacrifice. Let Leni withdraw. Withdraw, Leni," he said.

Joaquin started joining the campaign events of the elder Domagoso this month to further boost his father's presidential bid.
