MB Daily News Update: Dagupan sizzles with 52°C heat index

Dagupan City sizzled with a blistering 52° centigrade on Friday, April 1, 2022, as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned of “extreme danger” when heatstroke could be imminent.

The price of each tank of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) rose by nearly P40 as the market made adjustments based on an uptick in international contract price. In just a span of only one year, the price of LPG has increased by as much as P400.

In the Eastern European conflict, Ukraine finally went on the offensive as it reported that a major air strike by its air assets has hit a fuel depot in Russia.
