MB Daily Update: DENR officials fired due to corruption – Duterte
President Duterte disclosed that he fired some officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) due to corruption, particularly in relation to the reclamation of some areas in the country.
Taal Volcano continues to be restive after the Philippine Institute of Volcanology (Phivolces) recorded three more phreatomagmatic bursts in the last 24 hours.
And with a little over a month to go before the May 9 elections, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said all preparations are now in full-swing.
