Belle Daza lists Rockwell condo for P33.4M

Celebrity actress Isabelle Daza is the latest star to sell her "extra" real estate.

She has listed her 125 sq.m. two-bedroom condo unit in Rockwell Makati for P33.4 million. She maintains a house in Makati and another apartment in HongKong where her husband Adrien Semblat is based as an expat for Adidas.

"My home in Makati is where I spent a lot of time with family and friends. Now that I have new priorities in life with my growing family, I have decided to sell my property. Hoping it will find a new homeowner to create new memories," Belle said in her listing in Carousell, a selling app where she has a verified account.

In the online marketplace, she also disposes her preloved items like clothes and shoes.
Belle described her condo as having "lots of closet space and great views from each side of Rockwell Tower."

She recommends it as a great investment because it has an existing tenant and the listing price also includes all furniture and appliances, including the dishwasher in the kitchen. Moreover, the condo is within the vicinity of top restaurants like Wildflour Cafe and underground access from the building makes the nearby Rockwell Power Plant Mall just a walk away.

Aside from raising her two kids, Belle is also the entrepreneur behind FRNK Milk Bar and she just launched Jellytime Personal Lubricant with her sister Ava.

It will be recalled that actress Carla Abellana also put up her condo in Rockwell The Grove for sale after her rumored break-up with Tom Rodriguez.
