Korean star couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin will be getting married today, March 31, and their wedding invitation has been revealed.
Korean media outlet JTBC exclusively reported that it obtained a copy of the couple’s wedding invitation, which revealed the details including time and place of the wedding.
Based on the invitation, the wedding ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. on March 31 at Aston House of the Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts in Gyeonggi Province.
The Aston House is an events venue of the Grand Walkerhill Seoul hotel and is a separate structure from the hotel, which has hosted exclusive events, weddings and parties.

Korean media earlier reported that the wedding ceremony will be held at 11 a.m.
After the report was published, Korean media outlet YTN Star also obtained a copy of the wedding invitation, which is the same published by JTBC. In the photos published by YTN Star, at the bottom of the wedding invitation is the word "BinJin" engraved in gold color, which refers to Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin's names.
Hyun Bin, 39, and Son Ye-jin, who turned 40 last Jan. 11, will be tying the knot one year and three months after officially admitting they were a couple on Jan. 1, 2021. They fell in love after starring in “Crash Landing on You,” which aired from December 2019 to February 2020.
Ahead of the wedding, Son Ye-jin’s agency, MS Team Entertainment, announced on March 28 that it cannot receive wedding gifts for the actress.
“First of all, I would like to thank the fans for their interest and support to Son Ye-jin. However, we decided not to receive some items due to corruption and damage issues regarding wedding gifts for Son Ye-jin,” it said.
It added, “Please support Son Ye-jin only with your heart and message only. We ask for your active understanding and cooperation.”
The agency said prohibited items for gifts are food like cake, bread and fruit; flowers and wreaths; and expensive items.
Expected to attend the wedding are close friends of Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.
One of those who received a wedding invitation is former soccer player Lee Dong-guk. Last March 16, his wife, Lee Soo-jin, posted on Instagram that he received an invitation to the wedding. The post showed Lee Dong-guk holding the wedding invitation.
Korean actresses Lee Min-jung, Gong Hyo-jin, Uhm Ji-won and Oh Yoon-ah, who are Son Ye-jin’s close friends, are expected to be at the wedding.
Korean media reported on March 21 that actor Jang Dong-gun will deliver a congratulatory speech for the couple at their wedding.
Last Feb. 10, Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin announced that they were getting married in March.
“I thought long and hard about how to share this story because it’s an important one. I found someone to spend the rest of my life with. Yes... it’s him. Boy meets girl, recognizes each other in the crowd, promises to build a future together...I couldn’t imagine! It happened so naturally...But, isn’t that destiny?” Son Ye-jin said.
She said, “Just being with him, I feel warm and protected. Please help us celebrate the beginning of our future. And to my dearest fans, I have received unconditional love and for a long time now, I thought, there’s no way to repay it. Please know that I’m infinitely grateful and I also wish you all happiness!”
On the other hand, Hyun Bin said, “I am writing this because I wanted to tell the fans, who cared about me and gave me great interest and love despite my lacking in many ways, first the most important decision of my life.”
“I’m sure some of you can guess, right? Yes, I have made an important decision of marriage and step carefully in the second act of my life. I made a promise with her who always makes me smile. Let us walk through the days that lie ahead together,” he added.
The actor said, “Jeong-hyeok and Seri, who worked together in the drama, are going to take that step together. With the warm and affectionate gaze you have shown us so far, I believe you will cheer us on happily for our first step.
