With the appointment of 15 new associate justices since last January, the Court of Appeals (CA) has re-organized the memberships in its 23 divisions in its stations in Manila for Luzon, Cebu City for the Visayas, and Cagayan de Oro City for Mindanao.
The new division memberships will be effective starting April 1 based on the office order issued by CA Presiding Justice Remedios A. Salazar Fernando.
There are 17 divisions in Manila and three each in Cebu City and Cagayan de Oro.
As of last March 25, there are still three vacancies in the 69-member CA.
