Reelectionist Governor Daniel R. Fernando and his running mate, vice gubernatorial candidate Alexis Castro, kicked off their campaign with a motorcade in San Miguel town.

As the motorcade passed around the 49 barangays in the said town, Fernando promised greater progress for the Bulakenyos.

Residents went out of their houses and happily shouted their support for the tandem.

Meanwhile, Fernando’s rival, Vice Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, held his motorcade in Baliuag town.

Sy-Alvarado, along with his vice gubernatorial bet Joselito "Jonjon" Mendoza, went around the 27 barangays in Baliuag.

In a social media post, Alvarado and Mendoza said they are well prepared and have complete spices in the aspects of public service.
