For what it's worth, "Wowowin" host Willie Revillame endorsed on Friday night, March 18 the vice presidential bid of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

Revillame didn't raise Duterte's arm like what politicians would do; instead the popular TV personality endorsed the lady mayor's candidacy by singing and changing the lyrics of one of his signature songs.
Duterte, 43, served as special guest of the Wowowin live episode Friday at the Cebu City Sports Center. There, she was serenaded by Revillame with his song, "Ikaw na nga," which translates to "You are the one."
However, when he sang it, he changed the song's lyrics into the following: "Inday Sara ang siyang kailangan ng bayan/ ang siyang magbibigay ng saya, ng ngiting kay tamis sa kanino man/ Inday Sara ang siyang ilaw ng tahanan/ sa piling mo, matatagpuan bukas na kay ganda sa ating bayan/ Sara, ikaw na nga (Inday Sara is who the country needs/ she's the one who will bring happiness and smiles to anyone/ Inday Sara is the light of the home/ with you, a good future will be found in our country/ Sara, you are the one)."
After his perfomamce, Revillame offered to help Duterte in her higher calling to serve the Filipino people.
"Magiging tulay ako ng bawat Pilipinong nangangailangan ng tulong (I will serve as the bridge of every Filipino that would need help)," he pledged.
Duterte chairs the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD) and is the running mate of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) standard-bearer Bongbong Marcos under the UniTeam ticket. The two are consistent survey frontrunners.
Revillame told his special guest that his offer of help carried no monetary requirement.
"Basta ma'am Sara, kung anong maitutulong namin sa yo, kung anong maitutulong ko sa yo, kung kailangan mo ako, walang kabayaran, wala. Ang gusto ko lang ang ngiti sa mga labi ng ating kababayan (Ma'am Sara, whatever help you may need from us, whatever help I can give you, if you need me, you need not pay, nothing. All I want is to see the smiles on our countrymen's faces)," underscored Kuya Willie.
