Metro Manila mayors have reportedly recommended a further downgrade of Covid-19-related restrictions to Alert Level 0, even as a health expert said it would be best to retain Alert Level 1 status until after the May 9, 2022 elections.
Another batch of Filipino seafarers has arrived in Manila, back from the ravages of war in Ukraine, which continued to be pummeled by Russian invading forces.
