Bongbong, Sara absolutely need to win for 'Build, Build, Build' to continue, says Mark

No less than the erstwhile "chief builder" of the Duterte administration--Mark Villar--has said that it is imperative for presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos and his running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio to win in the May polls if the "Build, Build, Build" program is to continue.

The UniTeam tandem of Marcos and Duterte-Carpio was in Las Piñas City for a grand rally on Sunday night, March 13, and hometown boy Villar was there to make pitch to local voters.

The senatorial candidate claimed that the future of the well-received Build, Build, Build would be ensured if Marcos and Mayor Duterte become victorious on May 9, 2022.

"'Wag naman sana mawala ang Build, Build, Build program natin, pero alam ko naman hindi na kailangan sabihin dahil tayo po dito alam naman natin tayo ay isang pamilya (I hope our Build, Build, Build program doesn't go away, but I know I don't have to worry about that because we're a family here)," said Villar, who in his capacity as former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) secretary oversaw the delivery of the programs targets.

"Para hindi mawala yung Build, Build, Build natin, kailangan suportahan natin lahat po ng UniTeam, lalo na po si Bongbong Marcos at Sara Duterte (For our Build, Build, Build to stay, we need to support the entire UniTeam, especially Bongbong Marcos Sara Duterte)," he noted.

Build, Build, Build is often described as the Duterte administration’s flagship infrastructure modernization program.

It practically covered all minor and major infrastructure projects of the administration, and reached trillions in terms of cost.

Marcos and Mayor Duterte had earlier vowed that they would continue the program.
