The shooting incident happened at about 10 p.m. on March 12 at Mulberry Place condominium, Acacia Estates in Barangay Bambang, Taguig.

The police identified the victims as condominium security guards Jocel Pacana, a resident of Western Bicutan, who was shot dead by the suspect; and Hermoso Cordero and Noel Fuas, who were both wounded.

Prior to the incident, the three security guards responded to a commotion in one of the units at the condominium, police said.

On their way to the unit, the guards encountered the suspect at the elevator and escorted him outside the building.

However, Tan pulled a gun and shot the victims, immediately killing Pacana. Cordero and Gomez sustained bullet wounds and were brought to the Taguig Pateros District Hospital for treatment.

After shooting the three security guards, the suspect forcibly took a Honda Civic car with plate number DR 2911 and sped off.

The police said Tan was previously detained at the Paranaque City jail last Jan. 27 for physical injury.
