A total of 20,811 individuals have passed the January 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced on Friday, March 11.
According to PRC, 8,737 elementary teachers out of the 15,696 examinees and 12,074 secondary teachers out of the 22,454 examinees have successfully passed the LET given last Jan. 30, 2022.
Jenechielle Sambalod Lopoy of Saint Michael’s College of Laguna emerged as the top examinee for the Elementary Level boards with a passing rate of 93.80 percent. Meanwhile, with a rating of 92.80 percent, Lanvin Sean Bautista De Los Santos topped the Secondary Level boards.
The Commission likewise disclosed that Mindanao State University - Marawi City, with a passing percentage of 90.53 percent, is the performing school for the Elementary Level of the January 2022 LET.
Cebu Normal University or Cebu State College, on the other hand, has emerged as the top performing school for the Secondary Level boards. It garnered a passing percentage of 88.73 percent.
