Two brothers wanted for attempted murder were arrested by operatives of the Manila Police District (MPD) in Ermita, Manila on Tuesday, March 1.
Police identified the suspects as Cezar Nayangga, 55, a construction worker, and Jomar Nayangga, 27, a tricycle driver.
Based on the report of Police Lt. Col. Dionelle Brannon, commander of MPD Police Station 5, the suspects were apprehended at about 6:30 p.m. on Alhambra Street in Ermita.
Judge Ihmie Mitchico Gacad-Presto of Manila Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) Branch 5 issued a warrant of arrest on Sept. 10, 2019 against the suspects for attempted murder.
The suspects were on the list of most wanted persons in Manila, police said.
