LOOK: BBM-Sara UniTeam holds big rally in Drilon's 'backyard'

The tandem of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) standard-bearer Bongbong Marcos and Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD) vice presidential bet Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio attended a huge rally Thursday, Feb. 24 in Iloilo.

Pictures shared to reporters by Lakas-CMD showed that the crowd that came out to support the frontrunning duo could rival the turnout of people during its proclamation rally in Ilocos Norte earlier this month.

The key difference between the Ilocos Norte and Iloilo rallies is that the latter is supposed to be an opposition bailiwick, since it's the home province of Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon. Drilon is among the more loyal members of the Liberal Party (LP).

The BBM-Sara UniTeam rally Thursday took place at the Barotac Nuevo football field in Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo.
