Bongbong-Sara tandem a ‘runaway victory’ in Zambales—Ebdane

Zambales Governor Hermogenes "Jun" Ebdane Jr believes that if the May 2022 elections were to be held at this very moment, Zambales would unanimously vote for UniTeam presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and vice presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.

"We're not telling them to vote for whom. When we asked them who will be their candidates, and then, it’s obvious. Maybe I would say at this time, if elections will be held this time, no doubt. It’s a runaway victory," Ebdane said on Sunday, Feb. 20.

Edbane further said that Zambales would be throwing its weight behind the UniTeam’s campaign in the 2022 polls.

Duterte-Carpio’s ‘Mahalin Natin ang Pilipinas Ride” (MNPR) campaign caravan visited Zambales on Feb. 20 to confer with Edbane, Zambales Vice Governor Jay Khonghun, and Olongapo Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr.

She also met with some members of the Zambales senior citizen sector and was accompanied by senatorial candidate actor Robin Padilla and UniTeam senatorial bet Harry Roque.

Duterte-Carpio is running for vice president under the Lakas–Christian Muslim Democrats party alongside Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) presidential candidate Marcos in the 2022 polls under the UniTeam banner.
