RLC developing destination estate near Clark

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is developing a 215-hectare sustainable and masterplanned estate called Montclair near the Clark Freeport Zone in the province of Pampanga.

“Montclair, a Destination Estate of Robinsons Land Corporation, will redefine integrated developments in Central Luzon,” the firm said in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Strategically located five minutes away from Clark, the sustainable development is master planned to offer a dynamic mix of locators.

It is designed to be anchored by a vibrant commercial area that will be complemented by residential spaces for families to comfortably live and thrive.

Montclair will also house office buildings and logistics facilities for the upwardly mobile to work in; tourism and leisure developments such as hotels and entertainment establishments for rest and recreation; and common spaces to inspire community convergence.

Environmental sustainability is at the core of the urban planning principles incorporated in Montclair’s land development. This ensures the resilience and sustainable growth of the communities therein.

“Montclair is very well-poised to be a premier Destination Estate in Pampanga. It will showcase Robinsons Land Corporation’s complementary range of real estate developments,” said RLC Senior Vice President and General Manager for Integrated Developments Ma. Socorro Isabelle V. Aragon-GoBio.

She added that, “Through Montclair, we aim to provide a vibrant, future-ready, and environmentally sustainable setting for communities to thrive.” Infrastructure works are progressing well within the Estate. Roads, ramps, bridges, and toll plaza will soon be operational.

The bridge that will connect the Estate to Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) is on track for completion by the second half of 2022.

“Upon completion of the site development works in 2023, MontClair will fast become Pampanga’s iconic landmark for integrated experiences,” said RLC.
