On the campaign trail, some groups are questioning the move by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to take down campaign materials that are not posted in Comelec-designated areas. The groups, including the camp of Vice President Leni Robredo, are arguing that posters or tarps that are put up in private places are part of the constitutionally-protected right of citizens to freedom of speech.
