In his speech at the launch of the new senior high school administration building streamed live through Facebook, Mayor Loyola said that the local government unit (LGU) is planning to introduce innovations in its local public school education system.

These include reincorporating the subject Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) into the curriculum to inculcate respect and social graces among students.

This year’s lottery is set to start on Feb. 20 and will last until Feb. 23.
