Pasig City launches COVID-19 vaccine registration for 5–11 year olds

The Pasig City local government announced on Monday, Jan. 31, the opening of COVID-19 vaccine registration for children aged 5 to 11.

In a Facebook post, the city government shared the guidelines for the vaccine registration of the age group.

First, parents or guardians must register their child’s name and update their Pasig Health Monitor (PHM) records on the PasigPass site (https://pasigpass.pasigcity.gov.ph/) in order to be included in the vaccination master list.

They should then check the list of comorbidities first before updating the child’s PHM records. This will be the basis for categorizing the child aged five to 11 if they belong to the A3 pedia with comorbidities.

The city government noted it is important that the child's categorization is correct because there is an additional requirement if he or she belongs to the A3 pedia.

A confirmation SMS advisory will then be sent to the parents or guardians for the vaccination schedule of their child.

The start of vaccination of the age group will start on Friday, Feb. 4.

The local government unit (LGU) reminded that walk-ins are not allowed in the vaccination sites. (Cherrylin Caacbay)
