"Wala akong inagaw."

This was the reaction of model-social media influencer Trina Candaza after a netizen reacted to her cryptic post that she was the third party in the split of Carlo Aquino and Angelica Panganiban in the past.

It started when Trina wrote: “You will really know your worth to your partner if ano magiging actions niya pag wala ka na sa kanya. Kung may pinupuntahan na agad na babae... Wag na kayo umasang mag babago pa yung jowa niyo sa sakit sa ulo, hindi na yan mag babago (face with tears of joy emoji).”

Netizens then assumed Trina and the father of her daughter, Carlo Aquino, have separated.

A netizen commented: "Karma is a bitch talaga. Worst is, may anak na kayo."

I kept quiet that time para kay Carlo, pero wala akong inagaw."

During an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" in 2019, Carlo reacted to the news that Angelica disregarded his existence despite dating in their teens for six years and eventually broke up in 2006.

Carlo said Angelica was just being "fair."

"Kung nasaktan ko siya, karapatan niya yun. Karapatan niyang pagdaanan.

That time, Carlo was also asked if he gave Angelica false hope that they could rekindle their romance. Carlo answered: "Siguro po." But he chose their friendship.

The tandem of CarGel (Carlo and Angelica) returned via the 2018 movie “Exes Baggage.” It was followed up with the TV series “Playhouse.”
