Have you heard of dry brushing?
Health advocate Gwyneth Paltrow just shared another daily beauty routine that has made a comeback—dry brushing, a technique from India that uses a brush to exfoliate dead skin and stimulate skin rejuvenation. In her latest Instagram post, she promoted her G Tox 7-Day Reset Kit and highlights the use of the brush that comes with it.

"What’s definitely on the agenda is dry brushing: I use the G.Tox brush every morning before I get in the shower to sweep away dead skin cells," she says on the Goop website.
So the next question is: How do we start with dry brushing? A recent discovery is Essentique Mnl's Flow-to-Glow Duo which comes with a dry body brush and revitalizing body oil which can also be used as a massage oil. According to Essentique, "Dry Brushing is an age-old method of brushing the skin before a shower or bath using a natural firm-bristled brush to stimulate movement in the lymphatic system, improve circulation, detoxify, exfoliate, and improve skin texture."
Here's how. First is to dry brush before getting into the shower. It preps your skin to boost cell renewal for smoother, softer, and more radiant skin. You then take your bath. Once done, apply the all-natural revitalizing oil. It's comes in pure, organic, plant-based essentials oils, including jojoba oil, to enhance circulation, provide nutrients to help reduce fats, and minimize cellulite appearance.
