The city government of Manila on Saturday, Jan. 8, launched the COVID-19 mass booster vaccination caravan for bikers and motorcycle riders at the Kartilya ng Katipunan.
Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso led the drive-thru vaccination program which started at 8 a.m. and is expected to end at around 5 p.m.
The local government has allotted 1,000 booster doses daily, available for both residents and non-residents of the city.
A first-come, first-serve basis is also being implemented in the venue.
The program is the third mass booster vaccination held by the local government, which followed the inoculation for delivery riders on Thursday, Jan. 6, and for Divisoria workers on Wednesday, Jan. 5.
