In total, 754 booster vaccine doses were deployed during the night vaccination: 200 doses of Sinovac, 50 of AstraZeneca, 300 of Pfizer, and 204 of Moderna, according to the city government.

Pag hindi pa bakunado, most likely, mas mataas ang porsyento na mai-infect (Vice Mayor Honey and I want you to get vaccinated. This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. If you are unvaccinated, the chance of infection is higher),” Domagoso said to reporters.

Similarly, the Manila City Government also began offering free drive-thru booster vaccination to two-wheel vehicle couriers for services such as Grab, Angkas, Lalamove, Shopee, Mr. Speedy, FoodPanda, and Lazada on Thursday, Jan. 6.

Domagoso said that around seven out of 10 of the couriers who availed of the vaccination were not from Manila.

We are happy that our countrymen are responding to the government’s call to get booster vaccination. Many non-residents of Manila have come here to get vaccinated because they can’t go to the malls unless they are vaccinated),” he added.
