Laguna under Alert Level 3 starting Jan. 7


LAGUNA – The province of Laguna will be placed under Alert Level 3 from Jan. 7–15 due to rising cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

In a Facebook announcement on Wednesday (Jan. 5) night, Gov. Ramil L. Hernandez reminded his constituents to follow the minimum health protocols to curb the spread of the virus.

As of Jan. 5, Laguna has recorded 469 active COVID-19 cases, a big jump from 273 active cases recorded on Jan. 4.
