"Jan 7 at 9 a.m. will be on @Comelec FB livestream and on my public page Rowena V Guanzon," Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said on Twitter Tuesday, Jan. 4.

She said this will be the first hearing to be livestreamed.

Guanzon explained the hearing will be livestreamed so that "the public will know that we will be fair and will base our decision on law and evidence."

On Monday, the poll official warned that anyone who will disturb the proceedings on Jan 7 or interupt her or a Commissioner will be declared in contempt and sent to Manila Jail for 48 hours.

The preliminary conference of Marcos DQ cases will be held at Comelec session hall in Intramuros, Manila.

Guanzon is part of the Comelec First Division which is handling the disqualification cases against Marcos Jr. filed by Bonifacio Ilagan, Abubakar Mangelen and Akbayan.
