NCR 'ayuda' distribution now 97.92-percent complete- Año

The cash aid (ayuda) distribution for the low-income individuals in the National Capital Region (NCR) that were affected by the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) was already 97.92 percent completed, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said Tuesday night, Sept. 7.

In the Talk to the President aired Wednesday, Sept. 8, DILG Secretary Eduardo Año noted that 11 million qualified beneficiaries got their ayuda as 12 Metro Manila local government units (LGUs) have completed the payout.

In Laguna, Año disclosed that 81.64 percent of the financial dole out were already dispensed to 2,216,587 recipients while 37.37 percent of the 226,055 recipients in Bataan received their ayuda.
